Dimas is the Founder & Managing Partner of Wintama & Co., with over 20 years of experience in corporate restructuring, dispute resolution, and investment law in Indonesia. His expertise spans civil and criminal law, land and property restructuring, industrial relations disputes, and corporate litigation. He has represented state-owned enterprises, multinational corporations, and high-profile investors in courts across the country.

In recent years, Dimas has led the corporate restructuring of a major infrastructure contractor responsible for Indonesia’s nationwide fiber optic network projects. He also advises companies on acquiring barges and vessels from European manufacturers for offshore infrastructure projects in eastern Indonesia, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and strategic operational efficiency.
